What I enjoy most about working at Compare Power is that we're never satisfied with "good enough." We're constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers, challenge ourselves, and grow as a team. I'm extremely passionate about helping people succeed...whether that's a customer finding the right electricity or internet plan or a team member reaching their full potential, which I have the privilege of doing every single day. Knowing we're making life a little easier for our customers while helping our team grow and succeed is what makes this work so meaningful to me. At the end of the day, being part of a company that embraces innovation while genuinely caring about the customer experience is what motivates me most. Outside of work, I'm always looking for a great new restaurant...especially if brunch is on the menu. I love spending time with my husband, our three children and four rowdy grandsons, whether we're playing Rock Band together or playing board games and making memories at our random pop-up style family gatherings. I'm also a creative at heart and enjoy event planning, painting, crafting, and creating Cake Boss-style cakes. The thing I'm most proud of is my family and the relationships we've built together. They're my greatest accomplishment and my biggest source of inspiration.
