As an IT Architect at ComparePower, I solve the problems behind the scenes and build the solutions that make our features actually work. What drives me is knowing the thing I build reaches a real person on the other end. It's not abstract. We make something that genuinely helps someone and, ideally, that they enjoy using. That's the whole point for me. I also don't do shortcuts or half measures. I'd rather do it right the first time than clean it up later, and I take real pride in that. Outside of work, I'm usually on a basketball court or on a trip somewhere with my family. At home you'll find me playing with my Great Dane or tinkering with my home lab, because I'm a nerd at heart and messing around with tech is genuinely how I like to spend my free time.
